How do I make the template mine?
The version you receive is a shared copy. Open it, click Duplicate at the top-right, and choose your own workspace. Everything — every database, page and template — copies over in one click.
Where do I start? It looks like a lot.
Duplicate the template, then open the built-in playbook 'How a Social Media VA uses this'. That is the whole day-one task. The rest can wait until you have a real client to load in.
What happens when a client asks for changes?
Move the item to the Needs Revision stage — it loops back to Draft — and log what they asked for in the Client Feedback field so nothing gets lost between rounds.
Does it schedule posts for me?
No. The Scheduled stage is where you mark that a post has been loaded into your own scheduler — Later, Buffer, Metricool or the platform's native tool. The system plans and tracks the work; it does not publish it.
Do I need to pay for Notion?
No, a free Notion account works fine.
