Questions
Before you buy
The things people ask most about this product.
My partner opened it but nothing was personalised
The original file is a clean master with no details saved in. You need to choose 'Download personalized HTML' after customising, then send that downloaded copy rather than the original.
The file is very large to send
Photos and music are embedded into the personalised file, which is why the panel shows a file-size estimate. Photos are optimised automatically. If it is still too big to email, use fewer photos, skip the music, or host the file and send a link instead — the QUICKSTART guide covers hosting.
I overwrote my original master file
Re-download the original from your order page on the store you bought from — your access does not expire. Then keep that as the untouched master and only ever send downloaded copies.
The photos are cropped wrongly
Use the photo positioning controls in the 'Photos & music' tab to adjust which part of each image shows. Clear portrait or square images work best in the five memory slots.
